About the grounding pads please refer to my earlier responses below.

About the insoles suggestion, I think they’re not immediately practical, like they won’t be conductive i.e. no direct connection to the ground.

I just saw the video re: Body Grounding. Where does one get grounding pads? I see the flip flops David has created but what would be a better product are insoles that can go into ANY shoe. Those of us in colder climates or who need more support than a flip flop can give would thank you.

I bought a grounding pad at the Longevity Now Conference and am anxious to use it but have NO instructions. The “Outlet Circuit Tester” states on it, to “read instructions before using.” I remember that David mentioned that people often use their grounding pad when travelling withou testing the circuit and that it destroys the pad. Please email me instructions. I am concerned because I live in an old house and on many of my outlests the far right amber light (open neutral) does not come on or illuminates fainter than the central amber light (open ground). HELP!
